Unable to make one-off payment of the fine because of financial difficulty.


Applicant:
The sentenced person, spouse, statutory agent, family members.


Application procedures:
 1. Submit an application form (please mark the case number and section-in-charge).
 2. Those who report to the court in person may apply directly to the prosecutor, without submitting an application form.


Document required:
Supporting document for the lack of financial ability, for example, certificate of medium-low income household.


Application period:
 Within two months after the conviction is confirmed.


Time of application acceptance:
Immediate processing during office hours, but the processing time depends on complexity of the case.
 

Reviewing criteria and processing result:
 The applicant will be informed of the result face-to-face or by mail after the prosecutor has carefully considered the details of application.
