Item of application: Application for change of appearance date


Detail of application:
A request to change the summoned date specified by the prosecutor because of unavailability at the specified time due to a proper reason.


Applicant:
The summoned person.


Method of application:
Submit a written application (with section in charge and case number clearly marked) stating the reason, or submit the document proving the need for a change of the appearance date.


Document required:
Supporting document for the reason stated. (Online applicants should send the hard copy of the supporting document by registered mail, and mark the application number as appeared in system’s reply.)


Application period:
Before the appearance date.


Acceptance:
Any time during the office hours.


Reviewing criteria and processing result:
The prosecutor will reply in writing after review, or select another date of summon.
