When will the bail paid during the investigation and hearing of a case be returned to the guarantor?

Upon closure of investigation, if a ruling of no prosecution is made for the case, the bail will be returned once the ruling of no prosecution is confirmed. If a ruling is confirmed for execution of punishment, the sentenced person must have reported to the court for execution, and then the section in charge will spontaneously return the bail to the guarantor.
