In principle, people suffering from tuberculosis, AIDS, acute hepatitis or other notifiable communicable diseases or people who cannot take care of themselves are not allowed to perform community service. Therefore, for people with an illness or inability, the prosecutor will review the case and make a decision. Submission of a health examination report for the prosecutor’s review is preferred.
