What should the sentenced person do if he/she disagrees with the prosecutor’s denial of his/her application for commuting punishment to a fine?

If the sentenced person thinks the prosecutor’s order is inappropriate, he/she may file an objection to the court which pronounces the judgment pursuant to Article 484 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
